In both the Schreiben and Sprechen sections of the B1 exam you are asked to give your opinion on a topic, say whether you agree or disagree and give reasons: 'Write a comment in a forum', 'Discuss a topic with your partner'. This topic gives you the ready-made phrases (Redemittel) and the correct word order you need for this.
